How do I know when my vouchers expire?

All vouchers issued by Pluxee are valid for between 27 & 30 months, depending on the batch they're a part of. You can easily keep a track of voucher expiry dates on our websites.

1. Log in using your details as usual
2. Head halfway down the home page to "Statement" 
3. Any un-used vouchers will have the expiry date quoted 
   1. If you've part used a voucher (we always use the oldest first) then it will have the amount that will expire in the future 
4. If you need to look further back than this, click on the "Transactional History" button 
5. The list will then be displayed with the oldest data first in ascending order. You can use the date picker or page selector to see more data.

If you use https://uk.childcare-vouchers.sodexo.com/

1. Log in using your details as usual
2. Head halfway down the home page to "Statement" 
3. Any un-used vouchers will have the expiry date quoted 
   1. If you've part used a voucher (we always use the oldest first) then it will have the amount that will expire in the future 
4. If you need to look further back than this, click on the "View History" button
5. You will then need to enter the date parameters and/or a name. Leave the name box blank for a generalised search! 
6. The list will then be displayed with the newest data first in descending order.
