What happens if I change employer?

If you change your employer after 4th October 2018 you will be classed as a leaver to the childcare voucher scheme and will not be allowed to join your new employer's scheme. The only exception to this is if you are transferring to your new employer under TUPE, if this is the case, your HR team will make you aware.


If you do leave your employer, any funds already accrued will remain yours to spend within the expiry date of the vouchers (27-30 months from issuance). If you log in to the website with your work email address, please contact us using "I can't find what I'm looking for" above and let us know what you'd like to change it to. This will ensure you retain access even after leaving.
