Can I leave the scheme?

Modified on Tue, 21 Nov 2023 at 12:38 PM

We don't want to see you go! However, your circumstances change and we're flexible around that. Due to HMRC changes, we are no longer able to permit new joiners, or re-joiners, outside 12 months to use the scheme (there is a separate process if you are part of a takeover or TUPE).

If you choose to leave the scheme, this doesn't impact the vouchers you have already paid for and you can continue to use these after leaving the scheme. You will have between 27 & 30 months to use these and the exact dates that these expire are listed on your portal.

Please choose which portal you're using for the best advice

Important - If you can't make the amendments listed below at number 3 and the "Change" button is missing, this means that Pluxee cannot support your request due to the way that your vouchers are ordered. Please either speak to your employer, or flexible benefits provider, for support with this.

To leave the scheme using https://childcare.mysodexo.co.uk/

  1. Login as normal.
  2. Press "My Vouchers".
  3. Locate the date you'd like to leave from and press Change.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press the red Leave Scheme button (if you can't see a red button please locate this text - "If you want to make a request to leave the voucher scheme, please click here".
  5. Click on the nearest reason for leaving on the drop down list.
  6. Once you've chosen the reason, press "confirm", a confirmation message will appear on the bottom right.

This is still subject to employer approval.
