What is a family account?

This feature is great if you have a significant other that uses Pluxee Childcare Vouchers too. This feature allows you to use a central balance for payment of childcare provisions from either account. This feature doesn't give you access to change anything on the other person's account, it only provides access to the balance as a joint figure. It doesn't allow you manual access via Customer Care to make changes on the other account either. This must have been previously agreed in writing and be on the account notes for this to occur.


To link a family account

  • Log in to http://childcare.mysodexo.co.uk/
  • Click My Family from the strip of icons along the top
  • Scroll down to  Linked Family Accounts
  • Under Set Up Family Account enter the email address and username of the other parents account.
  • Click Sign Up for a Family Account
  • The other parent will receive an email to advise of the request and they can log in to accept this.


When a payment is made from either parent account once the family account has been set up, the oldest vouchers from either account will be used first.
