You can make this change online 24/7. Once you're logged in head to My Details > Change Password. Then confirm the old password, enter a new password and then repeat the new password and press Submit. That's it, your password is updated!
Please note, the criteria for creating a new password is 8 characters with a capital letter, a special character and a number.
