What can I change on my account?

You can make many changes on our online portal, securely, 24 hours a day. Please ensure you're logged in to the newer version of our site for full functionality (https://childcare.mysodexo.co.uk/login/parent).


What can I change online myself?

  • Home Address
  • Telephone Number
  • Password
  • Add Carer
  • Pay Carer
  • Full Name


What do I need to contact Customer Care to change?

  • Username
  • Email Address


What else can I do online?

  • Change salary deductions (this is available to around 80% of parents). Click here for more info.
  • View previous transactions under "Transactions History"
  • View voucher expiry dates in Transactions History"
  • View predicted future orders
  • View your balance
  • Add children to your account.
  • Top Up - You can add additional funds to your Pluxee account from you bank card to make a payment to your childcare provider.
