You can get 30 hours free childcare at the same time as claiming Universal Credit, tax credits, childcare vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare. This has been confirmed by GOV UK at the following address; https://www.gov.uk/30-hours-free-childcare
You may be asked by HMRC to confirm your eligibility every 3 months (they contact you proactively) to the 30 free hours, and they may reiterate the need to leave our scheme for the 30 free hours. This is not the case and they can be referred to the above. The only scheme that isn't able to be run side by side is the Tax Free Childcare Scheme.
