Your employer should remove you from the scheme so that you will automatically stop receiving childcare vouchers, but you may still use any stored vouchers before they expire, access to your account will not be affected. If you leave your employer then you cannot join your new employer's childcare voucher scheme. This applies to voluntary or compulsory leaving, this is a rule set by HMRC where any change of employer not covered under the TUPE agreement will mean you no longer have access to this version of the scheme and must use Tax Free Childcare by GOV UK.
