We're sorry to see this! You may also notice that the next voucher due is next month too. If this happens it's usually because your employer is finalising some paperwork with the order. Once they've done this the order will be released to you automatically. If you have any queries about this, we'd recommend speaking with your HR, payroll, or benefits team first to see if they are aware of the hold-up. If they're not available, please get in touch with us, we can check if you are on the order, but we can't get the voucher to you any quicker.
