Vouchers will expire 27-30 months from the original issue date, however these vouchers can be reissued if the child/ren are not yet past the 1st of September following their 15th birthday. If you see expired vouchers, please click 'can't find what you're looking for?' and raise a query with us. Our customer care team will then be in touch with you shortly to assist.
You can check your expiry dates by clicking on the blue Transactions History button on the home page, about halfway down at https://childcare.mysodexo.co.uk/login/parent . Once you're in your transaction history the expiry date will be listed next to the voucher entry.
Example
If you had a voucher go in on December 2019, the expiry for this voucher will show next to the December 2019 entry if you scroll back.
